Task – produce a 1,500 word structured reflective account which explores how you developed a therapeutic relationship with a patient/service user during module one clinical placement. The reflective account must be clearly structured around a reflective model and be supported with a sound underpinning evidence base. The work should also discuss how professional values and boundaries were maintained and demonstrate how the experience will inform your future practice.
