You will start on Monday and track daily until the following Sunday evening. You will submit the completed tracking sheet on Sunday evening. Self-Care Weekly Tracking Template-1.docx Download Self-Care Weekly Tracking Template-1.docx
You should be honest and complete the tracking sheet to the best of your ability for the week. You will not be graded on the content of the tracking sheet, but you will be graded on the completeness of the tracking sheet. You will use the information you gather in week seven to write a paper in week eight about self-care. The more honest and more through you are with your tracking in week seven, the better prepared you will be to write your paper in week eight.
NOTE TO WRITER: PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT FILLING THE SELF-CARE TEMPLATE UP THIS WEEK WILL HELP WITH COMPLETING THE PAPER NEXT WEEK. THANK YOU. I have attached the Self-Care Weekly Tracking Template. The following articles is what was used in this lesson. Rubric is also below
