Building on your Week #2 assignment (See PICO Attachment), reflect on the potential DNP project ideas and methods (only) of applying evidence to practice in order to promote a change in health care outcomes. How will you assure the structure of your project incorporates evidence as a justification for a change initiative? Similarly, what steps will you consider when you consider data collection to reflect the change that you initiative in your project? Provide your supporting rationale.
