State the databases and the search terms used. 3 pts
Provide a synthesis of nursing theoretical (i.e. any literature that is not research. None of these will appear in the evidence table.) and research articles. (NOTE: A synthesis looks at commonalities across articles and is not a series of article summaries.) Minimum number of references for nursing = 10, with the majority being research. 25 pts
Provide a synthesis of theoretical and research literature from at least two other disciplines. Minimum number of references = 5 per discipline with the majority being research. 10 pts
Create a summary table for only the research articles included in your review. Include the level of evidence for each research article. See the EBP Evidence Table link for the format. 10 pts
Compare the knowledge from all the disciplines reviewed. Address themes common to the disciplines and any special differences. 10 pts
Ways of Knowing. Discuss the ways of knowing represented by the literature you reviewed to address the knowledge base related to the phenomenon. Estimate 1-2 pages max. For example, which articles were primarily from the empiric perspective, or a personal knowledge perspective? 10 pts
Clarity expected of a scholarly paper; use of correct grammar, and supportive references. Include a summary paragraph at the end of the paper. 15 pts
