this paper needs to show that African Americans(AA) are at very high risk to getting CHF if their blood pressures are not controlled early. we need to prove studies have shown that African Americans are noncompliant and have a difficulty with medication adherence including compliant with lifestyle modification so if I can teach them early perhaps this could change. the age group will be age 25 to 60 yr. old. I need specific information about the statistics of AA who have CHF. I also need to statistical data about how many AA have high blood pressure . so this would be my trigger because I myself is AA. so the main point of the paper will be trying to prove that early intervention by education these people can prevent them from having CHF, this will be the bulk of information.
