Write a short reflective paper (1 – 2 pages) based on Chapters of 1 & 2 of the Riley text. Answer the following questions in your reflection.
1.Describe an experience you had with a healthcare provider when you were the client.
2.Was your impression one of the provider caring about you or non-caring?
3.What cues – verbal or non-verbal – gave you the impression described in #2 above? Use Tables 2-2 and 2-3 in your textbook to those describe the cues.
4.If the provider was caring, what did he/she do well?
5.If the provider was not caring, what could he/she have done better
