The first task for this project is to identify your problem/ issue. To do this: ? Describe why this problem/issue is of interest to you and how it came to your attention (This information will be included in your project report) ? You will then need to formulate at least one question from the problem/issue that you would like to explore in more detail. ? Your question needs to be submitted via dropbox in the assessment block on the NRSG370 LEO site ? Your LIC/Tutor will give you feedback related to the appropriateness of your question. ? Once your question has been discussed and approved you will receive a validation certificate via the LEO submission dropbox. ? This validation certificate needs to be attached to your Part B project submission as one document. ? If your speciality clinical placement is in area in which you have done previous clinical placement then you can use this experience to help you formulate your question/issue
