Consider your hypothesis. The null hypothesis should be written as such – that there is no relationship. Research questions may be easier to start. A good one is "is there a relationship between the number of hours worked per week and the highest educational level?" Take it to the next step for social implications. What if there is a relationship? Hypothetically, if your data supported it going one way, which way might that be? Then, where is the "so what?" for implications?
Tell us what the meaning of 0, 1, and 2 on citizenship. Central tendency reports are not appropriate for categorical variables. What should be reported? We have not gotten to testing for significance yet. Therefore, what might your question be? What might be the situation you find? What might be the social implication for change?
