Quality Care and Nursing Comment by Melissa Muddell: APAThe title of the paper goes here. Since it is the title, it is not considered a level one header, so therefore it should not be bolded

After reviewing the California Nurse Practice Act (NPA) as well as the hospital policies and procedures, we discover that according to the California board of registered nursing, the NPA is the body of the California law that mandates the board to set out the scope of practice as well as the responsibilities of RNs. The code of regulations also specifies the implementations of the law and the NPA is updated annually since it contains the code of regulations as well as the California business and professions code. The code of regulations contains various provisions which include intervention program guidelines as well as general provisions sections that are helpful for a registered nurse to advance in their professions by provision of quality care in accordance to the law and ethics within the care treatment centers (Aiken, Clarke, Sloane, Sochalski, Busse, Clarke & Shamian, 2001). Comment by Melissa Muddell: APA Comment by Melissa Muddell: Run on sentence Comment by Melissa Muddell: While this is a good start, you do not have any mention about hospital policy and procedures nor do you have a thesis or a purpose statement
