As part of the interview process you will be required to reflect on a past clinical experience when answering interview questions. For this assessment task students will be required to select one interview question and using 5R’s of reflection and their reflective skills provide a written (750 to 850 word) summary to this question.

How do you assist a patient who has increasing pain, please provide an example?
Evidence of critical thinking and analysis as well as a critique of personal actions should be demonstrated. In addition, consideration of how the outcomes of this reflection will impact on the student’s interview success must be evident.
