This week you will turn in your finalized implementation and analysis tools you will be using for your DNP Project. You will provide a 250-500-word academic essay outlining and explaining your finalized tools. Include all data collection tool(s), codebook(s), and data analysis tools created for the project’s implementation phase as appendices/tables.
