As you look for the answers to the questions asked about your research study, and the author/s did not provide the information, then state that it was not provided in the report. Do not
make-up something that is not there, but look carefully, before making the decision that the information is missing.
Note: When analyzing a research report, the abstract should not be used, since details contained within the report are not represented in an abstract.
