In addition, nurses are highly esteemed experts and essential primary caregivers in the global healthcare system. They play a vital role not only in providing high-quality care but also in enhancing the effectiveness of the healthcare system. Therefore, having an adequate number of nurses is crucial for bolstering the health system and advancing health coverage and overall health objectives. The shortage of nursing personnel has led to numerous factors that impact the healthcare system. If these factors are not promptly and appropriately dealt with, the number of individuals in need of excellent nursing services will continue to be impacted, making it challenging to achieve the primary objective of enhancing and safeguarding individual health.
