Reflect on the various quality improvement models and their application in health care.
•Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each model.
•Consider how these models have been, or could be, applied in your practice setting.
•Based on your selected area of need, define a practice problem and create a corresponding mission statement.

•Investigate baseline data, and evaluate why this practice problem is a priority for improvement. Ask yourself: How does this practice problem in my organization compare to other organizations?

Now write cohesive response that addresses the following:
1. Summarize any practice problem relevant to your setting of interest and share your mission statement. Use (Challenges Facing Nursing Education in Clinical Practice.
2. Be sure to include the data that justifies why you feel a change is needed in this specific area.
3. Explain how the PDSA model might be applied , giving specific reasoning as to why this model best fits the needs of your practice problem. Describe how the practice problem you describe might be of interest to any accreditation initiative.
4. Include an introduction and a conclusion, in text citations and subheadings
Questions play a very crucial role in understanding evidence based practice. According to (Catts, & Falk, 2011).questions are the driving force behind Evidence Based This research paper will show questions formulated to help understand one of the problems faced in the nursing career and how it affects the general population.

Summary in Area of Interest
The area of interest in research that is of outmost interest to me is inadequate practical knowledge on nursing during the process of learning and practice. Lack of adequate practice will hinder the performance of nurses in that nurses will not be in a position to properly diagnose, prescribe and treat patients as required which may lead to lose of lives. Analyzing the problem of inadequate training will significantly reduce deaths that occur as a result of the problem. This research will reflect on a clear understanding of the problem and suggestive measures that can be taken to ensure that practical knowledge is conducted well during the process of nursing education worldwide (Newell, Burnard, & Newell, 2011).
Do nurses get adequate practical knowledge on nursing during training?
Adequate practical knowledge entails currying out research and putting into practical and theoretically form the skills learned during training. Action based research is specifically designed for this mode of study. Students are required to conduct field studies to facilitate better understanding. Unfortunately, research has shown that many students do not take the time to complete scholarly projects and therefore fail to conduct crucial researches which could improve knowledge. Instead, most students pair up in groups to plagiarize work or copy from friends. However, it is important for nursing students to note that, practical learning is a highly compelling method for nursing. Studies have revealed that changes in working experiences and improved technology have increased demands for a continuous reconstruction of expertise in the medical sector. A number of interviews conducted during these studies have showed that practical training increases the student’s understanding of theoretical knowledge and motivation to study (Catts, & Falk, 2011).
