As a result of this activity, the student nurse will:
• Apply concepts from NRS 3022 to the current pandemic.
• Identify advances in health care technology and informatics and how they have been a benefit to patient care during the pandemic
• Identify shortcomings of health care technology and informatics which have arisen during the pandemic.
• Propose improvements or solutions, or better ways of utilizing healthcare technology and informatics.
What you need to do:
1. First, realize you have a lot of leeway with this assignment. The intention is that you pick out a topic that is of interest to you and that potentially benefits your practice, other nurses or patients/community.
