Just need a paper written and I will read and make the video. The case scenerio is about a 2 yr old girl named caitlyn admitted for pneumonia, after admission she was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Her family lives over an hour from the hospital. The pt will need treatments and testing multiple times a week. This will be very draining on the parents. The dr in the hospital works with a sw and dr in caitlyns home town to find resources closer to them. They also find a support group. The dr is also able to do televisits with the mother instead of making her drive.
