I have completed a fall prevention project in the elderly population. However, my faculty is failing me course my results does not make sense to them and is not accurately reflected and should answer my PICO question. I have attached the completed project and couple of samples given to me on how to report this on my poster. For instance, the result need to be reported stating the % of those that met criteria/n=30, mean age of participants,/standard deviation and other categories to reflect the factual results and how the falls decreased based on the actions. Pls the results/findings should only focus on the patients and not on the staff. The PICO question was: In adults 65 years of age and older residing in long-care facility, is the implementation of structured fall prevention protocol that integrates fall risk assessment tool, post-fall huddle, and fall prevention education more effective at reducing falls compared to non-structured fall prevention protocol over an 8 weeks time frame?
