Although the case study includes a set of questions, these are included solely to provide structure for the case study. Since you have already answered these questions over the previous two weeks – you should not submit these answers for this assignment. Rather, you can use these answers as a foundation for how you provide rationale for your “conclusions” and “recommendations” of this case.
prepare your report as follows: Introduction, Analysis, Conclusions, and Recommendations. The major thrust of your report should be to “sell” your work, which requires a logical, coherent progression of relevant information that fully reveals the rationale behind the final recommendation. Your report should consist of about 4-5 pages of typed text that provide the essentials, plus supporting exhibits if required. You should use Times New Roman font size 12 with standard margins (top and bottom 1″, left and right 0.5″), and double spaced. All sources should be cited using standard APA Style. Not hand-written pages will be accepted.
This case study should be typed with each major section indicated (Introduction, Analysis, Conclusions, Recommendations and then each question). Each of these sections MUST have a heading in bold print so it is easy to follow. Do not begin a new section without the proper heading. Points will be deducted for not following this format. Each section should contain at a minimum one full paragraph of text. One sentence does not constitute a paragraph. You may have more than one paragraph in each section as needed, especially when reviewing the key points. Please include the following headings for each section:
Introduction (15 points)
– Give a brief summary of the case
Analysis (25 points)
– Describe the issues that are of concern in this case and describe why these issues are problematic.
Conclusions (25 points)
– Use several principles noted in this course (and perhaps implement some of your answers to the case study questions) to draw some conclusion as to what led to these problematic areas. How could the problematic areas be handled and why.
