Select a literary device such as characterization, theme, setting, or conflict, and discuss its role and significance in the novel.
General Requirements:
Length: 3-5 pages (This means at least 3 FULL pages of text and onto page four.)
You must use quotations from the novel. This means that you must have citations and a Works Cited page. You are not allowed to use any outside sources.
Third person only—no I, me, my, mine, our, you, your, etc.
Underline or highlight your thesis.
Use MLA format
Remember I am looking for analysis, synthesis, and evaluation, NOT SUMMARY.
