The goal for this paper is to compare the United States Criminal Justice to the Criminal Justice in Madagascar. this paper is research/ analytical paper thus why its comparing two countries.
The main country that needs to be focused on is Madagascar and how their criminal justices handles certain situations whether its on drugs, politics, drugs, police brutality, ages of criminal responsibilities, immigration, citizens requirements, asylum, gun laws, police jurisdictions, Prisons, victim rights, etc. Then it can be compared to the united states. The topics you can search for are endless just as long it falls into criminal justices issues of the countries being compared and analysed. The paper must be 12 pages, Single Space, Times New Roman, APA style with the title page and reference page as these two things do not count for the 12 page count, with a total of 8 sources with those sources 4 of them must be videos whether its from youtube, a major news media, any trusted media source. All sources must be cited this includes the videos, outside references are required for each video and the reference sources must be
clearly identified by http, document/page name or title, the owner of the website and when the
material was accessed. For the video sources each video must be on a different topic for example one video can talk about human tracking, and the other would be on police brutality. sources can be searched on google or any other reliable searches. Headings can be arranged however seems fit. Direct quotes
must be identified APA style.
