Introduction
The purpose of this assignment is to help you develop the necessary skills to assess the readiness for change.
Assignment Guidelines

• The OCRSIEP survey
• A Word document
Using the works you have previously submitted, you will edit, improve, and respond to any feedback from your instructor for the relevant sections. Create a section to describe your organization’s readiness for your project.
1. Download and complete the Organizational Culture & Readiness for System-Wide Integration of Evidence-Based Practice Survey (OCRSIEP) (Word) (Links to an external site.). Compute your total score.
2. Create a separate Word document in which you discuss your perception of your institution’s readiness to implement EBP
3. Examine the various EBP conceptual models used to change practice in an organization that are presented in the readings. Describe how you might use one of these models to guide the implementation of your hypothetical project.
4. Provide specific details to support your stance.
