Psychotherapy Scholarly Paper (Due Saturday, 11:59 Pm Pacific time)
Review a research study article addressing evidence based Psychotherapy intervention on any mental health issues or concerns. In a 6 to 12- slide PowerPoint presentation, not including the title and reference slides. May include presenter notes (no more than ½ page per slide) and use tables and/or diagrams where appropriate, address the following:
Provide an overview of the article you selected, including the population or disorder under consideration, specific intervention that was used, and the author’s claims.
Explain the outcomes/findings of the study in the article, including whether the outcome/finding will translate into practice with your own clients. Include why or why not.
Discuss limitations of the study and how it might impact your ability to use the outcomes/findings in practice. Support your position with evidence-based literature
