Week 5 Project Update: Title, Goals and Timeline with Activities

1. Restate the topic of your project and state the purpose of your project.
In a paragraph at least three sentences long, restate the topic of your project and then state the purpose of your project in a very clear purpose statement.
2. Use the SMART acronym and the nursing process to develop five goals to guide you through your project.
Assessment – your first goal should focus on collecting the background information you need to know to determine the issue you will focus on for this project.
