Describe the nursing process

The nursing process is describe as a revised form of scientific method that is used in

nursing profession to evaluate patient needs and to generate a sequence of action to report

and solve patient problems (Treas, 2014). It is a recurring, scientific thinking process,

which contain of five stages to follow in a focused, goal-directed, methodical way to

attain optimal patient outcome.
