1. In two to three paragraphs (maximum one page), discuss the primary focus of your personal practice framework. Include references to nursing theorists (Orem, Rogers, etc.) or other theories/theorists outside of nursing which you have incorporated into your framework (Family System Theory, Bandura’s Self-Efficacy Theory, etc). This section of the paper should “stand alone” i.e., provide of synopsis/abstract of your framework and should allow the reader to develop an understanding of the theoretical boundaries of your practice and your clinical focus.
2. Discuss how your conceptualizations regarding the four concepts of nursing: environment, nursing, health and then client/recipient of care have changed over the course of your FNP educational experiences.
