Do faculty in pre-licensure baccalaureate nursing programs perceive there is a need to teach course content about the LGBT population?

Do faculty in pre-licensure baccalaureate nursing programs perceive there is a need to teach course content about the LGBT population? If so, what should be taught, where in the curriculum should LGBT content be taught, should content be taught as a stand-alone course, or should content be threaded throughout all courses in curriculum?Can someone help me to convert this to a multiple linear regression research question? I cannot figure out how to do this, I want to keep it as a descriptive method but am open to other methods execept for times series.
