Finalize your Sustainability Audit by integrating the research, interview(s), and your chosen organization’s mission and vision.

Write an 8- to 10-page Sustainability Audit on the organization you selected. You may include diagrams, flow charts, and other visuals. You must include the following:

Overview of sustainability in health care

What is sustainability in health care?

Overview of the organization you have selected

Evaluation of the organization’s mission and vision statements and how they relate to sustainability

Analysis of what sustainability practices are present

Analysis of how the organiztion does or does not extends its efforts through partnerships or within the local community.

Evaluation of the organization’s sustainability opportunities. Identify and discuss at least two opportunities for the organization to expand or better its sustainability efforts.

Using the matrix you created from Week Five, discuss barriers and benefits for each opportunity

Suggest any possible innovative solutions

Include the following in appendices:

Annotated Bibliography – this is the combination of all of the sources you identified in your weekly article reviews

What you learned from your interview (apply insight from the interview to your chosen organization).

A revised and updated version of your barriers and benefits matrix

Any additional supporting documentation that you have accumulated throughout this course which you have used in support of your audit.
