Topic: Hypothetical Designs

Problem Statement:
Currently in Tanzania, a large majority of girls who join secondary schools fail to complete their studies due to pregnancy. This has been the situation for quite some time. The situation was worsened by the national law which barred pregnant girls from completing their education. However the law was amended and they can now complete their education. This situation is fuelled by poverty in the country especially in the rural setting. The government needs to pull up its effort in tackling poverty so that the situation is rectified. NGO’s can also increase their assistance to the disadvantaged girl child. If the government makes contraceptives accessible to all and sensitizes schools and its citizens of the new laws that permit girls to complete their education after childbirth, then the numbers of girls’ dropouts is likely to reduce.

Question:
3 Hypothetical Designs
For the methods below develop three hypothetical designs for research problem statement above.
1. Quantitative
2. Qualitative
