As you near the end of your program evaluation, it is time to bring together all of the interested parties.

With your Final Program Evaluation Report final project in mind, complete the following:

Create an invitation letter to the Final Program Evaluation Presentation so that stakeholders can plan for the meeting.
Remind them of the overall evaluation purpose and the evaluation questions.
Use the Week 5 Sample Letter example for a template for this letter.
See the Week 6 Final Program Evaluation Presentation final project directions for more information about the contents of this presentation.
Develop a fictional evaluation timeline, known as a Stakeholder Interpretation
See page 51 of the required reading for an example.
Within your table,
Explain how and when you will utilize reminders about meetings and milestones.
Identify any preexisting documentation that may be useful for understanding context.
Develop a plan for appropriate technology (and backup) needed for the presentation in paragraph form after the table, such as recorders, laptop computers, projection screens, flip charts, and so forth so that each stakeholder being invited has the content they need.
