As a standard clinical care of practice hand hygiene is very paramount and is very stressed during the beginning of nursing course. When encountering clinical experience during the first years of nursing, we are bound to become highly aware of our colleagues hand hygiene patterns, which are good and bad practices. During the course of my study I’ve come to witness nurses in the hospital with poor hand hygiene practices which might cause Nosocomial infection or other kind of hospital infection. Most of these clinical workers know the value and importance of hand hygiene. However, there are numerous cases observed that lack compliance with hand hygiene in various setting of clinical environment. The study sources to analyze how lack of hand hygiene compliance affects the rate of nosocomial infection.
