I work for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta GA. I am a Staff RN, I work in ambulatory surgery, preop and post op. I have been an RN for 2 years. I have never had any leadership positions as an RN but I have good communication skills, and I get along with everyone. This is the 2nd year of the masters program so I have to do a clinical portion logging 120 hours. The objectives will be related to what I will do in clinicals to meet the goals. I will be precepting with the patient care coordinator or House Supervisor. Any questions let me know. The skills inventory is attached as well.
