How do you get people to accept and adopt your technology or solution? How do you relieve anxieties and help people change? Change Management is the topic of Week 8 and the topic of the week’s discussion board. Who are those most resistant clinicians and how can you get them to budge? Are there structural, systemic or cultural (organizational culture) roadblocks that need to come down in order to effectively drive change and adoption of change (particularly technological change)?
Many of you have discussed nursing (and physician) resistance to technological changes, address and consider solutions to help these people move into the 21st Century.
