You must use the Evaluation Methods Grid table from this template to complete your paper In Week 4, your journal should focus on the specific information you will include in your method section of your evaluation report.
The method section is the key of the evaluation report. The methods clearly describe program activities and state the reasoning for the selection of activities. The method section presents a reasonable scope of actives that will be evaluated in your report.
In your Week 4 journal you should
Create an evaluation methods grid for your chosen program highlighting
all five evaluation questions you created previously,
the indicator or performance measure used to externally validate the question,
methods you will use to gather information to answer the posed question,
the data source(s) needed to answer the posed question,
the frequency at which the methods for this question need to be utilized, and
the responsible party for answering the question.
Use the Evaluation Methods Grid from Week 4 Tables Template for an example of how to complete this table.
Describe how you are going to use this information in the Final Program Evaluation Report final project in paragraph form after the grid.
Explain what some of the major concerns are that you must address to have an effective methods section.
